COVID-19 lockdown,  ALERT LEVEL 2

Under Alert Level 2, Topline Trade Services is open for business, but with an increased level of hygiene and health and safety protocols in place to keep both our team and customers safe.  

What Does Alert Level 2 Look Like?

At Alert Level 2 we are back to providing all our customers with our full suite of regular services, including plumbinggasfitting and drainage, but have added health and safety measures in place to make sure we are keeping our team and customers as safe as possible. 

With Alert Level 2, it’s almost back to business as usual, with a few exceptions.

What’s changed?

Our stringent hygiene protocols remain in place as does physical distancing, contact tracing, and updated policies and procedures which have been created in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Any visitors to the Topline premises will be required to make a booking first. We will also ask a few quick questions and take a temperature check with an infrared thermometer, from a distance of course. We would appreciate it if all visitors followed the hygiene guidelines and used the hand sanitiser provided at the entrance as well. Physical distancing and contact tracing protocols are also in place.

Under Alert Level 2, we will continue to maintain physical distancing, follow rigid hygiene routines, and reduce risks to both team members and customers.

how WE ARE KEEPING OUR CUSTOMERS & TEAMS SAFE

  • Strict physical distancing of 2 metres. When 2 metres is not possible due to the job requirements, our team will wear PPE as appropriate
  • Robust contact tracing systems are in place
  • Risk assessments and registers have been updated in order to reduce workplace risks
  • Strict hygiene protocols are in place, including frequent washing of hands and sanitising of vehicles & equipment
  • Our team have been inducted in Topline’s new Covid-19 policies and procedures
  • Maintaining surveillance of the health of our team
  • Following best practice guidelines from above mentioned organisations as a minimum standard

We remain in line with best practice from Work 2015 (HSWR), Ministry of Health, Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, and WorkSafe New Zealand and of course, Government guidelines.
