my appointment - this was an example of excellent Customer Service.
Then there was your BRILLIANT Maintenance Man. He arrived on time, as scheduled, having rung before to reconfirm the appointment. The best part of all though, was the very friendly and professional manner that was not in the least condescending as can often occur when trades people are talking to us novices.
